Available in both 36" and 42" models, the El Dorado gives backyard cooks, caterers, and serious grillers a traditional Santa Maria-style setup designed for cooking over charcoal, wood chunks, or wood splits.
The adjustable-height cooking grates let you raise or lower your food over the fire, giving you precise control for everything from hard searing steaks close to the coals to slowly roasting larger cuts higher above the flame. The 36" model offers 810 square inches of cooking space, while the larger 42" model provides 954 square inches for bigger cooks, events, and higher-capacity grilling.
Built with a firebrick-lined firebox, heavy-duty steel construction, stainless steel V-channel grates, removable grease trays, and an ash cleanout drawer, the El Dorado is designed for durability, heat retention, and easy cleanup.
