With up to 115,000 BTUs of total heat output, the MAi805-BSS is built for large meals and frequent entertaining. Six main burners provide flexible heat zones, while the ceramic infrared side burner handles high-temperature searing, boiling, and side dishes. A ceramic infrared rear burner supports rotisserie cooking.
