The Yoder Smokers Loaded Wichita Offset Smoker is built for pitmasters who want authentic stick-burning flavor with serious cooking capacity and control. Designed around a traditional offset firebox, this smoker gives you direct command over the fire, airflow, and smoke, making it ideal for brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, chicken, sausage, and other low-and-slow barbecue favorites.
Built from heavy-duty 1/4" steel, the Loaded Wichita is made to hold heat, manage airflow, and deliver consistent wood-fired performance through long cooks. The included heat management plate helps even out temperatures across the cooking chamber, while the second-level slide-out shelf adds extra capacity when cooking for a crowd. With 1,610 square inches of total cooking space, this smoker has room for both backyard cooks and larger barbecue sessions.
The offset firebox allows you to burn real wood or charcoal for traditional smoke flavor, while the pot warmer over the firebox gives you an extra spot for sauces, sides, or warming. Dual door temperature gauges, an integrated probe port, stainless steel cooking grates, a grease drain, and an ash cleanout tool make the smoker easier to manage from start to finish.
