Butcher Paper - Hardcore Carnivore

This is the Hardcore Carnivore Jess Pryless's version of classic butchers paper. It's a staple in Texas and they wrap their meat in it to preserve the bark, soak up the fats and keep the food marinating in its own juices. This is a high-quality version, unwaxed, uncoated and unbleached, 100% FDA-approved and printed with food-safe ink bearing the HC logo.  This will last you a long time, it is and 18" wide 150’ long roll, so you got at least 50 briskets to cook before you have to worry!
